Ruston Miles
CEO
Ruston brings 22 years of payment processing and payment security experience to his role of Chief Executive Officer. Ruston is also Founder and Strategic Advisor to Bluefin, the leader in payment security, a company he founded in 2002 that was #6 on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies in North America in 2012.
Ruston represents the EPSM (European Association of Payment Service Providers for Merchants) in his role on the PCI Board of Advisors.
Ruston is a PCI Professional (PCIP), Certified Payments Professional (CPP), and a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE).
Melissa Migliore
Head of Payfac Operations
Melissa Migliore has 18 years of experience in the payments industry in her role at Bluefin, where she held various positions managing billing, underwriting, deployment and back-office operations. Prior to her time with Bluefin, Melissa was a legal assistant, jury analyst and a Professional Civil Law Notary in Louisiana.
At Payfactory, Melissa manages underwriting, boarding, risk management and back-office operations.
Angela Mayer
Head of Sales & Marketing
Angela Mayer is a proven Sales and Marketing leader who works with partners to build new revenue outlets and drive the growth of existing channels. After spending over 20 years in the Payments industry successfully working for multi-million-dollar companies and startups, Angela knows what truly drives partner growth, lucrative campaigns, and customer satisfaction. Her entrepreneurial background coupled with strong relationship management, marketing, and strategic planning brings an innovative approach to our company.
Angela is responsible for all partner revenue generation, as well as providing sales management, revenue intelligence, and process leadership to Payfactory’s omnichannel client and partner organizations.
Marvin E. Jones, Jr.
Head of Strategic Partnerships
Marvin has 26 years of executive experience helping companies grow and expand at a rapid pace with
excellence. Prior to Pay Factory, Marvin served at Bluefin, MicahTek, and AT&T. At Bluefin, he worked
with over 300 of the largest nonprofits in the country, securing their trust, resolving strategic issues
rapidly and retaining relationships. His experience crosses multiple verticals while managing
partnerships with software providers, partners and utilities.
A proven leader, Marvin was Executive Vice President with MicahTek for 14 years, where he led over
350 employees and all departments: Information Systems, Software Development, Call Center,
Distribution Center, Mail Processing, Facility Operations, Client Services and Website Design.
Prior to joining MicahTek in 2001, Marvin was a Senior Executive of a rapidly growing non-profit
organization. He developed and implemented a strategy to establish international operations in four
countries: United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, and Canada. Marvin developed systems to
efficiently handle logistics between each independent operation and the US headquarters.
Marvin remains committed to the broader Tulsa community, currently serving as Board Chair of River
Parks Authority, an officer of Sigma Pi Phi and an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi.
Justin Stanley
Head of Information Technology
Justin Stanley is a 16-year technology veteran with a powerful blend of technology vision and
business acumen. With a wealth of Software Development and Systems Architecture experience, he has a track record of delivering innovative technical solutions supported by cost-effective, secure, highly-performant systems.
He has held numerous technical leadership roles throughout his career. Most recently, he served as
Chief Technology Officer for a market-leading tokenization company, TokenEx, where he was responsible for Development and Security of its global SaaS platform.
He is an Iraq War Veteran who proudly served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman where he maintained complex systems on the F-16.
